Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order details and we will send return instructions.

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Condition requirements

Items must be unused, free of installation marks, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Wall stickers that have been applied cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible unused items when stock allows. Contact us before shipping an exchange so we can confirm availability.

How to start a return

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Processing may take several business days after we receive the package.
